New class starts July 2009 at The Terrace, Grantham Street. Mondays 6pm - 7pm
Yoga teacher Louise Housley will guide you through yoga postures and energising, dynamic sequences, breathing techniques and relaxation.
Louise has studied various yoga styles and continues to train with some of the world’s leading yoga teachers including Godfrey Devereux, David Sye, Shiva Rea, Brian Cooper and A G Mohan - assistant to the legendary
yogi Sri Krishnamacharya.
